Dampers play a crucial role in the proper functioning of industrial air systems. Industrial dampers are available in corrosion resistant stainless steel construction, or high temperature heat resistant alloys. Standard dampers can be modified to suit system design requirements or custom designed for specific applications.

Inlet dampers - Inlet dampers are installed on the fan inlet to save energy when airflow needs to be modulated or run for extended periods of time at reduced flow.
Outlet dampers – outlet dampers operate as a resistance in the system, restricting fan flow without affecting the operating characteristics of the fan.
Guillotine dampers – Guillotine dampers are ideal for applications requiring man-safe isolation of ductwork and equipment. Guillotine dampers are often used in systems that require regular access to a duct behind a media source.
Louver dampers – Louver dampers allow man-safe operation and precise flow control on precipitator, bag-house, scrubber and gas turbine fan inlet and outlets. The damper remains closed until the temperature rises to a specified rate.
Butterfly dampers – Butterfly dampers are used in systems that handle light particulate loading or clean gas, and are primarily used for flow control and low leakage functions.
Diverter dampers – Diverter dampers direct gas flow from GTE (gas turbine exhaust) to heat recovery boiler or bypass system.
Poppet dampers – Poppet dampers provide cost efficient shut off in bag-house type collection systems. Low-leak or zero-leak configurations are available.
Radial vane dampers – Radial vane dampers control direction of air flow entering fan inlets. Cantilevered and center hub blade designs are available.
