for use in HVAC systems of all types. Rigid compact construction
makes the Multi-Cell a superior filter in variable-air-volume applications,
or in any system where conditions require additional filter strength and
reliability., Three efficiency ranges (55-65%, 80-85%, 90-95%), and
several frame styles make the Multi-Cell an extremely versatile product
which is totally interchangeable with other filters of this type.Multi-Pleat Extended Surface Air Filters
The Multi-Pleat is an extended surface
pleated panel filter designed for use in commercial and industrial air
filtration systems. An excellent upgrade from standard disposable
filters, the Multi-Pleat is offered in tow efficiency ranges (25-35%,
45-55%), and three capacity levels. Constructed with high loft media
enclosed in a durable, moisture resistant beverage board frame, the
Multi-Pleat provides high dust arrestance and long life at rated air flows
up to 625 FPM. Multi-Pleat filters are also available in a wide
range of styles for specialized applications, such as Side-Access and High
Temperature systems.Multi-Sak Medium and High Efficiency Filters
The Multi-Sak is one of the
most versatile air filters in use today. The filters are offered
with two media styles, Series S synthetic and Series G microfiberglass,
and are available in six efficiency ranges (30%-40%, re-50%, 55-65%,
80-85%, and 90-95%). Multi-Sak filters utilize specially designed
sealed spanstitch construction to achieve maximum performance levels, and
are capable of operating in systems with rated airflows up to 625
FPM. In addition to these multiple efficiencies and capacities,
Multi-Sak filters are completely inter-changeable with other filters of
this configuration.Maxi-Grid Internally Supported Panel Filters
Koch Filter Corporation manufactures a full line of internally supported polyester panel filters, link panels, sleeve filters, and bulk sleeve rolls. These products are commonly used in applications such as paint spray booths, fan coil units and many types of HVAC systems where a high degree of cleanliness is required. Maxi-Grid filters are offered in one, two or three ply construction and each style provides a self sealing edge to prevent air bypass.
Multi-Flo Rigid Air Filters
Koch Multi-Flo filters are
extended surface rigid cartridges designed for use in systems with
variable air volumes. The sturdy but lightweight galvanized steel
construction of the Multi-Flo is totally unaffected by fan shutdown or any
variations in the sir flow. Two media styles, Series S synthetic and
Series G microfiberglass, are offered in four efficiency ranges (45%, 65%,
85%, 95%). Multi-Flo filters are available with standard fiberboard
internal support or with optional metal internal supports. A choice
of no-header or single header models allows for easy installation without
modification to existing framework.
