A•mist Filters

When CNC machines run at a moderate speed with a moderate coolant pressure, they leak oil mist into the factory. The oil mist consists of particles of moderate size and fog that is fairly thick, creating waste and pollutants in the atmosphere. Absolent A•mist filters provide an effective and efficient solution.

A•line Smoke Filters

The A•line smoke filter is a versatile filter that adapts to specific needs. This unique filter is suited for small tough machines, as well as machines that generate a moderate amount of oil mist. Even if a different coolant, cutting speed or coolant pressure is required, the A•line adapts to the task. Attached smart monitoring equipment allows precisely the right amount of air where and when it is needed.

A•smoke Oil Smoke Filters

When CNC machines run at high speed with a high coolant pressure, thick, particulate ladened smoke is generated. This also occurs in die casting, hardening or during minimal quantity lubrication (MQL). The A•smoke filter is effective for removing this smoke, creating a cleaner environment and better efficiency.
